A. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
B. How to Return Your Item
To start a return, simply contact us at support@femjora.store. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and provide detailed instructions for sending the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in fulfilling your orders, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know immediately. D. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the case of defective or incorrect items, wrong sizes, or other quality issues. To request an exchange, reach out to us at support@femjora.store, and we will guide you through the process.
E. No Restocking Fees
We are happy to inform you that there are no restocking fees on returns. You can return your item without worrying about additional charges.
F. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The maximum time for a refund is 7 days after approval.
G. Discounts and Refunds
Please note that unused discounts cannot be refunded. If you didn't apply a discount during the transaction, we cannot adjust the price retroactively. Make sure to review your discount codes and apply them during checkout for the best savings.
